Viviano also offers an 18-Point Inspection package to cover all basic heating and cooling service needs. Office and home heating and air conditioning equipment along with air quality equipment require annual inspections. The 18 Point Inspection can remedy or call attention to a problem before it starts.

- Monitor flue draft
- Monitor flue refrigeration pressure
- Test starting capabilities
- Test safety controls
- Clean or replace standard air filters
- Adjust blower components
- Tighten electrical connections
- Measure volts/amps
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Adjust thermostat calibration
- Check evaporator coil (if accessible)
- Clean condenser coil
- Clean condensate drains
- Apply protective coating to unit
- Monitor a/c and heating cycles
